HISTORY

We are a pioneer in the fitness industry; we were established in 1994 AD by the entrepreneur Prakash Gurung. With a burning passion for fitness, we created a welcoming space where individuals could discover their inner strength.

The main office is located in Kshetrapur, Chitwan. In 2012 A.D., We opened our first branch in Gaindakot, Nawalparasi, to meet the needs of the area’s fitness lovers and immediately gained popularity. Driven by the commitment to bring fitness closer to the community, we extended our reach by opening our second branch opposite Paras Central Bus Terminal in 2013. This move allowed fitness enthusiasts in the area to benefit from world-class facilities and expert guidance. However, in a strategic decision to provide an enhanced experience, our branch was relocated to the bustling hub of Rijal Chowk, Bharatpur, in 2021 AD.

With a rich history spanning over two decades, we continue to evolve and innovate, empowering individuals of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their health and wellness goals.

It is CPFC’s sister branch and specializes in providing comprehensive army training for aspirants seeking entry into the British Army, Indian Army, and Singapore Police.
